Jacqui Damasco

CUSTOMER CARE has always been the driving force and foundation in Jacqui Damasco’s extensive career working with clients. She joined Genova Wealth in 2023 as the Client Service Associate, with the focus on providing the team’s clients with a high level of care and attention and on helping the financial advisors build and maintain strong client relationships. Prior to her transition into the financial services sector, Jacqui was an exceptional Realtor for over 18 years. In addition to her real estate background, Jacqui also has over two decades of experience in the specialty retail and service industries, both as a district manager and as an entrepreneur.

Clients have always benefited from Jacqui’s special capacity to customize her approach and provide truly personalized service. She is a savvy communicator who combines her ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs with her adeptness at being thorough in conveying the information, details and professional advice that they would need to make informed decisions. Trust, integrity and relationship-building have been the keys to Jacqui’s success in her work experiences with clients. She views herself as a strong educator, facilitator, problem-solver, negotiator and advocate. Her primary goal is always to fully assist clients, while easing any potential stress, and ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional experiences.

Jacqui attended Northwestern University. She has her Managing Broker License, certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and designation as a Seller Representative Specialist from the National Association of Realtors.

Jacqui has been married for over 15 years and is the proud mama of a confident, creative, and compassionate daughter and an energetic golden-doodle. She is an avid photographer, French and Spanish language learner, traveler, theater and concert goer, sports fan, marathon runner and (dare we say) pool shark. More recently, she’s been bitten by the bug and has joined the pickleball craze!
